As we plan to improve our analytics suite and help our partners build more personalised experiences for their users by better understanding them, we are adding three new analytics layers to our platform.

1. Embedded Analytics

### Embedded Analytics

Partners can seamlessly integrate tracking code from existing analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent) to access foundational metrics:

* **Active Users**: Track daily, weekly, and monthly active users
* **New vs. Returning Users**: Measure user acquisition and retention rates
* **Engagement Metrics**:
  * Engagement rate (sessions >10s, multiple screen views, conversions)
  * Average engagement time
  * Sessions per user
* **Conversion Metrics**: Track sign-ups, source of traffics etc...
* **Real-Time Reporting**: Access live data on current user activity
* **Cohort Analysis:** Type of devices, localization

When enabled, users will see a customizable cookie consent popup during login that displays your privacy policies.

### In-App Stats

Our Analytics section will evolve into a comprehensive dashboard that provides deeper insights into user engagement patterns:

* **Retention Analysis**: Track quest completion over time with cohort filtering by user personas
* **Quest Engagement**: Analyze types and frequency of quests completed
* **Event Activity**: Monitor participation rates and engagement with special events
* **Leaderboard Activity**: Track competitive engagement and user rankings
* **User Reactivation**: Measure percentage of dormant users who return to the platform

### User Aggregated Profiles

By letting users bind their various social and gaming accounts, we aggregate user data across connected social and gaming accounts to build anonymized user profiles, providing cross-platform insights on preferences and engagement patterns.

Current and upcoming platform integrations include:

* **Social Media**:
  * TikTok: Username, follower metrics, content engagement (views, likes, comments)
  * Instagram: Profile details, follower metrics, content engagement
  * Facebook: User interests (liked pages), group memberships, engagement metrics
  * Twitter/X: Following/follower relationships, liked content, engagement patterns
  * YouTube: Subscribed channels, liked videos, playlist preferences
* **Music & Audio**:
  * Spotify: Top artists/tracks, saved content, playlists, preferred genres

  * Twitch: Followed/subscribed channels, viewing preferences, broadcast details
