### Production Workflow

The XBorg 3D team creates custom collectibles based on your brand guidelines. Completed items are published directly to your Admin CMS for configuration. We use a shared Notion workspace to define wearable names, descriptions and rarity tiers.

### Admin Management & Distribution

Once published, admins can modify collectible details directly in the Admin CMS. Digital collectibles are then available to be distributed via:

* **Quest Rewards**: Assign as completion rewards
* **Event Prizes**: Distribute to winners and participants
* **Shop Listings**: Set for purchase with Points
* **Lootbox Contents**: Include in randomized rewards
