# Managing Quests

<summary>Editing Quests</summary>

Once a quest is published, Admins can edit the following properties:

* Title
* Description
* Order
* Tag name
* Expiry date

There are two restrictions to editing quests. Once a quest is published or in Draft, Admins **cannot** edit their:

* Template
* Reward

<summary>Unpublishing Quests</summary>

When Admins unpublish a quest, users will no longer be able to see or complete the quest. Admins should note the following:

* If the quest is in progress for some users (in the case of gaming quests), it will disappear, and users will not be able to complete it.
* Users who have completed the quest will find it on their quest history page.

<summary>Quest Analytics</summary>

Admins will have access to a host of user data that can also be exported as a CSV:

* **Timeframe:** To observe and compare quest activity over different durations, filter the analytics data by specific periods—<mark style="color:red;">**`Today`**</mark>, the <mark style="color:red;">**`Last seven days`**</mark>, or <mark style="color:red;">**`All time`**</mark>.
* **Quest Completion:** View the total number of completed quests, clearly showing how many users have successfully finished them.
* **Quest Attempts:** Monitor the number of user attempts, providing insight into engagement levels and quests' difficulty.
* **Quest Completion History:** This feature displays a graph that tracks quest completions over time, helping you identify trends and patterns in user activity.
* **User Details:** Access detailed information about individual users, including their <mark style="color:red;">**`Username`**</mark>, <mark style="color:red;">**`Number of Attempts`**</mark>, and <mark style="color:red;">**`Time of Completion`**</mark>, to better understand user behaviour and engagement.
